上千亩的种植基地彻底实现“为烤而种”

2015年，技术、资金等资源组合下建立了集科研、脱毒、育苗、种植、加工为一体的特色红薯产业基地，其种植规模高达数千亩。

为给全国品牌合作伙伴供应更加优质的红薯，迎合当下消费者对绿色食品的追求，成为消费者信任的品牌。总部特联合省农科院及红薯种植专业户，共同研发培育了为烤而生的品种1号、2号红薯。外型和个头上，更加美观均匀；整体商品性优佳；产量能够实现80%-200%增幅；无丝、无糖心，口感更加香甜细腻；营养上，含有丰富的胡萝卜素和维生素，比普通红薯高达3倍以上；其含糖量高达20%。

在红薯育苗过程中，研发使用新科技脱毒育苗技术，利用了生物技术将红薯内的病毒清除出来，并培育出无病毒的红薯秧苗，恢复种性。采用高剪苗技术，减少病毒的传播，迅速生根。避免了普通红薯育苗期带根种植，携带多种病毒，影响红薯产量。

千亩红薯种植基地的建设，不仅为旗下薯类品牌合作店提供更加具有市场竞争力的原料扶持，同时也为当地城乡发展起到强有力的助推作用。留住农民投入农业发展、帮扶当地农民就业，带动了一方农业经济的发展。

恒温窖藏中心为顾客提供不间断货源

为了给全国各区域1600多家品牌合作店面，及时供应新鲜高品质的红薯，在2017年年初，总部集合人力、物力、财力，特在章丘红薯种植基地建立数百亩的恒温仓储中心。可保质、保量的将薯类产品送到每位品牌合作商的手上，让各品牌合作区域的消费者能够吃到更新鲜的红薯。

红薯作为时令性的蔬果，大面积的种植，长时间的储存，容易导致在储存过程中不新鲜甚至变坏。而恒温仓库的建设，仓库温度上的调节，实现了红薯在装箱、分拣、包装及储藏过程中的保鲜结果，增加了红薯附加值，很大限度的保持了红薯的新鲜程度、色泽与营养。

恒温仓储中心的建设，不仅减少了红薯在贮藏过程中的产量消耗，同时也减少了红薯在配送过程中的复杂性，缩减了红薯在物流配送上的成本，提高/增加了红薯在运输过程中的鲜活度，提高了红薯健康功能性能，降低了红薯在储存和运输的性。

红薯自出土的那一刻就决定了它的去向，送往全国30多个省份、400多个市、县，北京、天津、西安、四川.....

为扶持其发货速度，减少运送成本，降低红薯运输过程损耗量，扶持红薯鲜活度，建立红薯物流配送体系，提出“绿色物流”，在运输过程中很大限度的扶持了红薯的完整性与合格性。解决生鲜红薯配送后一公里问题，将满意送到每一位客户手中。

为提高各区域品牌合作商的配货质量，提高发货的准确性，按合同订单及时、的安全送达。总部在仓储管理人员调配上进行了区域划分，产品划分，以及配套的质检程序。在配货过程中如发现产品错误，品质问题，数量短缺等异常信息，须时间反馈至责任部门跟进处理，确保加盟商收到的红薯必须是高质量高标准。
